Property management in Mississauga, ON
From City Centre condos to townhomes in Erin Mills and houses with basement apartments, we manage rental properties across Mississauga.
Managing rentals in Mississauga
Mississauga’s rental stock is unusually varied: high-rise condos around City Centre and Port Credit, family townhomes, and detached houses with finished lower levels. Many owners hold one or two properties and want them handled professionally without a second job. We screen tenants, collect rent, coordinate repairs and carry out move-in, move-out and seasonal inspections, and our emergency line is answered around the clock.

What Mississauga owners should know
Mississauga runs a five-year Mississauga Apartment Rental Compliance (MARC) pilot, which requires owners of apartment buildings to register with the City and keep their buildings to maintenance standards. The City has also adopted a Rental Repairs and Renovations Licensing By-law, which took effect on September 1, 2026 and is aimed at protecting tenants from unlawful renovictions. Both work alongside Ontario’s Residential Tenancies Act. If you are planning major renovations, talk to us before you serve any notice.
Mississauga rental market snapshot
Asking rents in Mississauga have softened over the past year, so a well-presented unit and a fast, careful leasing process matter. We help owners price realistically and avoid long vacancies.
